We encourage you to apply to be first on the list for upcoming openings. This speeds up the process for later.

If you find something you love and want to continue we do charge $20 per credit / background check per adult. All adults living in the apartment are required to be on the lease.

Credit and background are for everyone's protection and safety.

Once you have been approved you may place a deposit on any of the available properties.

First Month's Rent and Move In Fee must be paid IN FULL by the 1st day of the Lease. If an apartment has been held and rent has not been paid in full the lease WILL NOT be activated and deposit will be forfeited.
